    Please submit an electronic copy of your full manuscript to the following address of Ms. J. E. Lee or Mr. Juno Song:             leeje@toki.waseda.jp or juno@asagi.waseda.jp All the materials required should be in the format of MS-Word or PDF file.    Manuscripts should be typed and presented in English depend on the style files, and should not exceed 12 pages in length. The first page of the manuscript should contain the title of the manuscript, a summary of not more than 200 words, and up to four keywords. Titles and subtitles should be short.    Tables should be numbered consecutively and have a self-explanatory title. Figures should be numbered consecutively and have a self-explanatory caption. Special care should be given to the preparation of the drawings for the figures and diagrams. Except for a reduction in size, they will appear in the final printing in exactly the same form as submitted by the author(s); normally, they will not be redrawn by the printer.    References should only be made to literature with which there is a direct and important interface. Each reference should be written in the order of the authors, the title or source and the publication year. Journal names, names of conference proceedings, and book titles should be italicized and should have the first character of each word uppercased.
